Order & Payment

This is how you place your orders and make payments thereafter.


1. Place your order(s) via email. We'll get back to you within 48 hours.

2. Send your order(s) to iheartcotton.candy@yahoo.com in the following format:-

Postal Address:
Contact number:
Postal method (PosExpress/PosLaju/COD/Doorstep):

3. Serious buyers only. No backing out upon confirmation of order. Buyers who back out without prior notice will be blacklisted and will not be allowed to make any reservations in the future. 
Buyers who do not tell us if they cancelled their order when we've given informations to them and MIA ( Missing in Action) buyers will also be blacklisted. 
Please do inform us if you want to cancel your order/ reservation as it is not nice to leave us and other potential buyers hanging.

4. We will only give out our bank details for you to bank in if you've confirmed your order and given us the details we need. (Refer to details needed at 2)

5. Payments must be settled through Bank Transfers or cash deposits within 3 days upon reservation of an item. Your orders will only be processed once your bank transaction is successful. Please give us the exact amount of payment as it is quite inconvenient to give you your change back. If we are required to return you your change, we will attach it together with your parcel. However, if anything happens to the parcel, we will not be held responsible.

Kindly mail us your transaction slip as below after making your payment:-

6. Items may be reserved for a maximum period of 2 days. Once the 2 days are up, it'll be released to the buyers once again without notice.
